Family Medical Center asks that all fees be paid at the time medical services are provided. If your insurance policy has a co-pay feature, we ask that you pay the co-pay amount at the time of your office visit. Monthly statements are mailed to patients with unpaid balances, with payment due upon receipt of the statement.

First-time patients are required to pay all fees incurred during their initial office visit upon checking out of our clinic.

Some procedures and services may require prepayment. We will discuss this with you if it applies to your procedure.

Maternity patients must discuss financial arrangements with the business office.

We understand that medical expenses can often affect your budget. If you need to make special payment arrangements, we urge you to call our business office at 402-462-8456.

  • Healthy Blue 

We will file for other insurance companies; however, we do not accept their adjustments.

Remember: Medical insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. You are responsible for any payment not made by your insurance company.
